- PRICES AND TAXES
In consideration for the product purchased, the CLIENT expressly agrees to pay Micofora the quantities specified at the time of purchase in the price list established on the website https://micofora.com/ for the chosen products.
The products offered on this website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). The prices that are detailed for each product do NOT include VAT.
The delivery of the articles will be understood to be located in the territory of application of the VAT if the delivery address is located in Spanish territory, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at all times, depending on the specific article in question. In orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories.
In the case of shipments to countries of the European Union, depending on the annual invoicing in that country, the Spanish VAT will be deducted and the VAT tax rate corresponding to the country of destination will be applied. In the case of application of import and/or customs duties, these shall be borne by the consignee. These expenses may vary depending on the country of destination, so in most cases, the expenses cannot be estimated prior to delivery.

Transportation costs are NOT included in the price of the products. The price of the transport will depend on the destination requested by the CLIENT. The amount of this shipment will appear in the purchase process and in the breakdown before proceeding to the payment of the order.

- AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully received.
The products offered by Micofora will always be subject to availability that will be specifically indicated on our website for each product so, in case of not being available any item offered, the customer will be duly informed of the lack of availability for the purchase. Under normal conditions, all the products that appear on our website are available for delivery within the indicated deadlines.
In cases where, once the order has been placed, the product contracted by the CLIENT is out of stock, he will be duly informed of it and will be offered an alternative product of similar characteristics of the same price and quality as the one purchased. If, even so, the CLIENT is not interested in accepting the proposed alternative, Micofora will proceed to refund the amount already paid and will inform you of the procedures and refund deadlines.
As a general rule, the maximum delivery time at home will be 24 hours if the destination is located in mainland Spain (48-72 hours for Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands), 5 days if the destination is outside Spain, but within Europe and an approximate period of 20 days for any shipment to the rest of the world. days from the moment of purchase and from the moment we have confirmed your payment. Deliveries will be made on weekdays (Monday to Friday). It is recommended that the CLIENT communicates their time preferences for delivery when filling in the order data in the section for Comments.

- PAYMENT AND PAYMENT PERIODS

You will receive your invoice together with the product at the time of delivery. The CLIENT may request the Invoice of his purchase in PDF format or in the name of his company by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
The CLIENT is responsible for confirming the receipt of notifications and for informing us of any modification to their data, micofora being exempt from any liability arising from this circumstance.
In Micofora we strive to provide products of the highest quality, although, given the nature of them, in some products it is not possible to offer a guarantee of satisfaction. In the event that, for any reason, you do not receive the product or service correctly, you must notify us as soon as possible indicating the incident that we will try, if the error is verified, we will correct it as soon as possible.
For all products on which, if we can offer warranty, Micofora guarantees that these have been subjected to quality controls and that the products are guaranteed against production defects for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any defect in manufacture, design or material, although it will be necessary to reveal the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. The warranty covers only defective products. It does not cover bumps, improper use, or others that are not attributable to a defect of the supplier or a defect in the product. During the warranty period the CLIENT may return the product and we will proceed to its repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract as appropriate, procedures that will be free for the CLIENT. The transport costs that are generated by the returns under guarantee will NOT be borne by the CLIENT.
The warranty document is the purchase invoice.
The following conditions of return of our products do not apply in the case of exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Returns or exchanges of the products will only be accepted in case of factory defect, damage to transport or delivery errors on our part. In any case, no more than 1 4 days must have elapsedsince receipt of the product and packaging and accessories must be included.
In case of not being able to include all the accessories or original packaging, the CLIENT will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
It will be verified prior to the acceptance that it is a manufacturing or packaging defect or anomaly and not an improper or negligent use, handling or storage. They will always be accompanied by the corresponding delivery note or the invoice.
Both in the case of return due to manufacturing or packaging defect and in the case of error in the order, the CUSTOMER will be offered, if possible, the repair of the piece or its replacement by another alternative at no additional cost and without the right, on the part of the CLIENT, to any type of compensation. The costs generated by the shipment of the repaired or correct order will be borne by Micofora.
In any case, the return will always be subject to prior examination by Micofora of the condition of the product subject to return and verification that the requirements of these conditions of sale have been met. Once the return has been received and if applicable, we will refund the amount charged within a maximum period of 30 days and on the same terms that were used to make the payment.
Micofora reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline or of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
Returns will be managed by sending an email to email@example.com making a description of the reasons and the causes alleged for the return. Likewise, it will be necessary to indicate the name and surname and the reference number of the order. Once the request is received, we will process it in a timely manner.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal:
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The deadline will be considered fulfilled if you return the goods before the end of that period.
The goods subject to return must be in perfect condition, have not been damaged, present deformations, or show signs of wear, scratches or stains. You will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
- PERFECTION OF THE CONTRACT AND MODIFICATIONS OF THE SERVICES
This contract will be perfected with the payment of the product.
Micofora reserves the right to modify in any way the characteristics and conditions of its services, always with the aim of improving them and that supposes a benefit for the CLIENT.
- OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
Micofora undertakes to provide the CLIENT with the products and services that have been contracted applying the utmost diligence in the provision of the service, as well as to take care of the maintenance of the facilities necessary for the operation of the network, having for this purpose an adequate technical and computer team, and to manage the logistics operations, shipping and delivery of the purchase made through the carrier.
The CLIENT undertakes to use the services that are made available to him in good faith, without violating the laws in force in any matter or infringing the rights of third parties, as well as the payment of the selected product in the time and manner set out in these conditions of sale and its receipt at the place indicated for delivery.
Micofora does not guarantee that the availability of the service object of this contract will be continuous and uninterrupted, due to circumstances caused by problems in the Internet network, breakdowns in computer devices and other unforeseeable circumstances. Thus, the CLIENT agrees to bear within reasonable limits these circumstances, so he expressly waives to claim from Micofora any contractual or extra-contractual responsibility for possible failures, errors and use of the contracted service.
All notifications between the parties will preferably be made via email. The CLIENT is responsible for confirming the receipt of notifications and for informing Micofora of any modification to their data, which is exempt from any liability arising from this circumstance. In case of modification, the CLIENT must inform Micofora in the e-mail or telephone numbers indicated on our website.
In compliance with article 21 of Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that our commercial shipments and information related to our website and the products offered therein, will be made by email to the e-mail address you provide, always with a revocable character. In any case, you have the option to reject our commercial communications by sending an email to the address email@example.com indicating in the subject the word LOW.
- COMMITMENT, ACCEPTANCE AND VALIDITY OF THE CONTRACT

- APPLICABLE REGULATIONS
This contract is of a commercial nature, and will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish laws.
In the event that there is any type of discrepancy or difference between the parties in relation to the interpretation, content or execution of the Contract that is not resolved by mutual agreement, the Parties will submit to the courts or tribunals that are competent in each case, provided that the user is a consumer (his domicile).
