Objectives:
Quantification of the mycelium of Tuber melanosporum over a year and creating curves benchmark for Quercus ilex.

Methodology:
During one year bimonthly two soil samples were taken from truffle plantations. These samples were analyzed by real-time PCR technique in order to quantify the concentration of mycelium black truffle in the soil. With the results the corresponding curves for productive and non-productive trees were established, plus with the data accumulated since then, they have been completed to have a reference of the evolution of mycelium in the soil according to different parameters (irrigation, age of tree, soil type …)
