Project Description
A steam machine is tested for ecological control of weeds in trufficulture. Temperature measurements are taken at different depths to evaluate its effect on the truffle mycelium. The conclusion is that at the standard speed and the temperatures reached in soil a few centimeters down, do not affect the development of the Tuber mycelium.
