{"id":23050,"date":"2017-08-12T21:21:29","date_gmt":"2017-08-12T21:21:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/micofora.com\/22933\/"},"modified":"2017-08-12T21:21:29","modified_gmt":"2017-08-12T21:21:29","slug":"22933","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/micofora.com\/fr\/22933\/","title":{"rendered":"Resumen de 5 a\u00f1os de investigaci\u00f3n sobre los padres y madres en plantaciones truferas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por primera vez se ha podido estudiar gen\u00e9ticamente a parte del factor femenino en trufas, la parte masculina y en un trabajo de nuestra investigadora Herminia de la Varga, mientras estaba en el INRA franc\u00e9s, nos muestra los resultados tras analizar gen\u00e9ticamente durante 5 a\u00f1os, 241 trufas y 475 micorrizas y otras muestras de suelo.<\/p>\n<p>Para entender como reconocer las madres y los padres, con marcadores moleculares le\u00eda el ADN de la madre en las venas de la gleba y de las esporas obten\u00eda dos lecturas, la de la madre (que era la misma que la de las venas blancas de la gleba) y una segunda lectura que por descarte, era la del padre.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque ya os hemos ido avanzando algunas conclusiones de este extenso trabajo, os escribimos en este post algunas m\u00e1s:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-22938\" src=\"https:\/\/micofora.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/truffle-inner-structure-male-and-female-parts.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"867\" height=\"515\" srcset=\"https:\/\/micofora.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/truffle-inner-structure-male-and-female-parts-120x71.png 120w, https:\/\/micofora.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/truffle-inner-structure-male-and-female-parts-200x119.png 200w, https:\/\/micofora.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/truffle-inner-structure-male-and-female-parts-300x178.png 300w, https:\/\/micofora.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/truffle-inner-structure-male-and-female-parts-400x238.png 400w, https:\/\/micofora.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/truffle-inner-structure-male-and-female-parts-600x356.png 600w, https:\/\/micofora.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/truffle-inner-structure-male-and-female-parts-768x456.png 768w, https:\/\/micofora.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/truffle-inner-structure-male-and-female-parts-800x475.png 800w, https:\/\/micofora.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/truffle-inner-structure-male-and-female-parts.png 867w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 867px) 100vw, 867px\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 5\">\n<p>La\u00a0mayor\u00eda de padres (75%) eran\u00a0transitorios (se encontraban solamente en una sola trufa), pero 16 padres se encontraban en distintas trufas y en a\u00f1os sucesivos y adem\u00e1s eran \u00e9stos los que\u00a0produc\u00edan m\u00e1s trufas (el 21% y 37%). Uno de ellos produjo \u00e9l s\u00f3lo 18\u00a0trufas (el 8,7% de las producidas), un padre adem\u00e1s de encontr\u00f3 en trufas de dos \u00e1rboles distintos. Y solo 3 de estos padres se encontraron como hermafroditas en las micorrizas. De todo ello se concluye que los padres tienen poca capacidad de asociarse al \u00e1rbol y que debe existir un micelio que persiste en el suelo, a veces asociado a plantas\u00a0herb\u00e1ceas y que hace de\u00a0repertorio de padres. No obstante\u00a0la mayor\u00eda de padres vienen de esporas que germinan, y ello explica el efecto positivo de los pozos o nidos de trufas con esporas en las plantaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Seria muy interesante poser aislar y estudiar estos padres persistentes, que adem\u00e1s son los m\u00e1s productores.<\/p>\n<p>Tan solo 3 individuos (1,5% de los analizados) se encontr\u00f3 actuando de padre y de madre a la vez (hermafrodita), aunque produciendo 55 trufas (27%), mientras que la mayor\u00eda se detectaban\u00a0actuando s\u00f3lo como padre o como madre (es lo que ver\u00e9is en este y otros art\u00edculos, que le llaman\u00a0\u201cdioecia\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Reference:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/10.1111\/1462-2920.13735\/full\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Herminia de la Varga et al. 2017.
