{"id":27230,"date":"2024-12-12T08:23:23","date_gmt":"2024-12-12T08:23:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/micofora.com\/product\/pseudomonas-fluorescens\/"},"modified":"2024-12-20T11:01:12","modified_gmt":"2024-12-20T11:01:12","slug":"pseudomonas-fluorescens","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/micofora.com\/en\/product\/pseudomonas-fluorescens\/","title":{"rendered":"TRUF-UP Pseudomonas fluorescens"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>General characteristics and how it works:<br \/>\nAt Micofora we started working with <em>Pseudomonas fluorescens<\/em> in 2011, a bacteria already widely described as a co-helper in mycorrhization, but whose main problem in terms of its commercialization was that it quickly loses its viability at room temperature, especially when formulated in liquid form. Our team has developed a freeze-dried strain in powder form that maintains viability for 12 months.<br \/>\nIn the studies we have carried out, when quantifying truffle mycelium with DNA, we observed how after adding this bacteria, the concentration of truffle mycelium grows exponentially in the nursery and especially in young oak plantations, with a direct correlation to start fruiting these young trees in the field.<\/p>\n<p>Supply format and dose of use:<br \/>\n1kg container, water-soluble powder product, concentrated at 2&#215;10<sup>8<\/sup> CFU\/g. Its application is recommended on truffle trees at any stage of cultivation.
