Technology for the production of infected trees with edible mycorrhizal mushrooms
In Micologia Forestal & Aplicada, from 1989, we have developed technologies for the production of mycorrhized seedlings with edible fungi. Thanks to our constant R+D these technologies have updated and become more efficient every day. Today we can license this technology in two versions:
Protocol of production of mycorrhized seedlings with truffle. With this technology you’ll be able to produce holm oaks, oaks, hazels, etc infected with different truffle varieties, like the black truffle (Tuber melanosporum), Burgundy or summer truffle (Tuber aestivum-uncinatum), biancheto (Tuber borchii)
Protocol for the production of mycorrhized pine seedlings with saffron milk cap (SMC) mushroom (Lactarius deliciosus). With this technology you’ll be able to produce any pine species infected with mushrooms of the SMC group (Lactarius deliciosus, Lactarius sanguifluus, etc
Both technologies cover all the aspects related to its production: spawn production , culture substrat formula , inoculation and production methods in controlled conditions. As well as a continuous advice and solution of problems the later years.
If you are interested in creating a nursery or company related to the production of edible mycorrhizal mushrooms, or believe that this technology can be useful for your projects, do not hesitate to consult us.
